Terms All our products are handmade and therefore there may be slight variations between each item.Orders will be posted by 'recorded delivery' and once dispatched Orchards Cards will accept no responsibility for loss or damage. Deliveries are charged at cost. Proofreading is the responsibility of the client. Orchards Cards cannot be held responsible for any typing errors that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved. Upon receipt of your order we will send you proof copies for your approval. Please check all details, make any amendments and return the proofs. There is no extra charge for amendment to proofs. 50% deposit is required once proofs have been agreed. Once deposits are paid they are non-refundable. The balance of the payment will be due before delivery of your order. Orders may not be cancelled once the work is complete. If in the event of an order being cancelled beforehand any costs, which are not covered by the deposit, must be paid for. All prices are subject to change without notice.
